Performance: Capacity: 3 - 96 m3 hr Pressure: 3 to 100 MPa

Application :
• Injection Pump for Water, polymer & Co2
• Crude oil transfer pump
• Pipeline flushing pump

Feature of Diaphragm:
• The diaphragm separate the medium from the hydraulic oil ensuring there are not leak. For further protection Double diaphragm are use, if first diaphragm rapture second diaphragm will work & also set alarm.
• Auto vent valve release in the diaphragm & tank
• Compensation valve maintain the oil mass in the diaphragm chamber.
• Hydraulic metal-diaphragm pump are use for high temperature & pressure application(451 C and pressure to 70 MPa.
• Multi head design for large flow or low pulsation are use.

Features of Plunger:
• Simple design, for large flow and high pressure & low pulsation
• Plunger are coated with for hardness & reduce friction
• Modular design allow for replacement of plunger,check valve & packing with dismantling the pump head.
• Pump head bolt are self-positioning & anti-loose design to assure safe running of the high pressure pump
• Many type of check valve available to meet various application.
